# Pekatherm

Multisite and multilingual online shop built on WooCommerce for Pekatherm, a manufacturer of heating pads, electric underblankets, heated boots, electric blankets, heated wraps and heated gloves.

#### The brief

Pekatherm was not selling into one market but into three, each with its own language, its own currency and its own rules. Putting them in a single shop means converting currencies on the fly and showing every visitor things they cannot buy.

#### What we did

We set up a WordPress multisite installation with three independent WooCommerce shops, each with its own language and its own currency:

1. **International**: in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, with prices in euros.
2. **Russia**: in Russian, with prices in roubles.
3. **Chile**: in Spanish, with prices in Chilean pesos.

Three different shop fronts on one and the same core, which is what makes it possible to maintain them without tripling the work.

#### The result

Each market with its own shop, its own language and its own currency, all run from a single installation.

#### Technical details

- **Platform**: WordPress multisite and WooCommerce
- **Type**: international online shop
- **Installation**: three independent shops, multilingual and multi-currency
