# We are overwhelmed!

After several weeks of sheer madness, we cannot take any more. We have had to take the decision to make a clean break and stop giving free support for our plugins.

The problem lies in the fact that we are losing more and more of the little time we have for our clients on giving free support for our plugins, which, on the other hand, are completely free and for which the contributions received are practically non-existent.

That is why, from today onwards, it will be necessary to pay in order to get support for any of our plugins, as well as to request any kind of improvement or new feature for them. And to that end we are setting up new pages from which these new services can be requested and paid for.

We hope you will understand it, but what began as a way of sharing knowledge and tools with the WordPress community is turning into a real hell that is consuming 100% of our resources.

We look forward to your comments and impressions on this matter.
