# APG Withdrawal for WooCommerce

**APG Withdrawal for WooCommerce** is a WooCommerce plugin by **APG** written entirely from scratch. With **APG Withdrawal for WooCommerce** you can add to your WooCommerce shop a complete online withdrawal workflow, compliant with EU consumer protection law.

- Withdrawal form for the customer with the `[apg_withdrawal_form]` shortcode.
- Partial withdrawal down to the single unit: the customer ticks the order lines and sets how many units to return from each one.
- Configurable deadline, counted from the creation date or from the completion date, with optional grace days.
- Optional digital-content waiver checkbox at the checkout, which you can show never, only on virtual products, on every order, or on the categories and products you choose.
- Request log in the dashboard, with views by status, bulk changes and a sortable column.
- Its own *Withdrawal requested* order status, to filter and bulk edit with the WooCommerce tools.
- Optional refund account, with the IBAN validated by its check digits.
- Optional double confirmation for guests, keeping the date and time of the original request.
- Automatic emails: notice to the shop, acknowledgement to the customer and an update when the request is accepted, rejected or completed.
- One-click WooCommerce refund from the request, always fired by hand and never automatically, with Redsys and Bizum out of the box.
- REST API at `apg-withdrawal/v1` and a CSV export protected against formula injection.
- Public form compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA, 100% compatible with HPOS and ready for WPML and Polylang.

- ***Version 0.3.0***: optional digital-content withdrawal waiver checkbox added at the checkout (both in the classic shortcode and in the block one). A configurable selector lets you choose when to show it: never, only on virtual products (or with `_apg_withdrawal_type = digital` per product), on every order, or on selected categories and/or products. The customer’s choice is stored in the order metadata as legal evidence.
