What information do we need?
To be able to remove viruses from your WordPress we need a few essential details that you have to add to the Order notes:
- Create an Administrator user and add the full credentials* for your WordPress:
- The URL of your admin dashboard.
- Username.
- Password.
- We also need the credentials* for your control panel:
- The URL of your control panel.
- Control panel username.
- Control panel password.
- Book a meeting so we can run the hour of online training included in All in one**.
- If you already have Google Search Console and/or Bing Webmaster Tools accounts, have them ready during the online training. You also need AnyDesk installed and ready so we can access your computer remotely and link the account or accounts to your website**.
Remember that you have to add all of this information to the Order notes or send it to us by e-mail.
