APG Legal Guarantee Notice

APG Legal Guarantee Notice is a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin by APG built entirely from scratch. Thanks to APG Legal Guarantee Notice you can display on your website or in your store the harmonised European notice on the legal guarantee of conformity, exactly as the European Commission publishes it and in the 24 official languages of the European Union, mandatory from 27 September 2026.

• The official notice in the 24 official EU languages, served without altering a single pixel.
• The language follows the visitor and not the site, so somebody reading in German sees the notice in German.
• Catalan, Basque and Galician fall back to the Spanish notice rather than the English one.
• It opens in a modal window, using the native popover API and without a single line of JavaScript.
• Four locations with their own settings: a floating button in six positions, the last item of any menu, the footer, and the checkout, above the payment button.
• Each location chooses whether it shows text only, icon and text or icon only, as well as its colours, its hover colours and its font size.
• Also in the customer’s order emails, as the Commission’s guidelines require.
