The work we did
Online shop for organic and biodynamic wines built from scratch on WooCommerce for Vinealia, connected to their ERP and with a sales channel reserved for customers who get at products that are not in the general catalogue.
The brief
Vinealia was already selling online, but on a shop that had become too small for them. It had to be rebuilt entirely and, along the way, two things the previous one could not hold up had to be solved: getting the shop to talk to myGESTIÓN, the ERP they work with, and opening a sales channel reserved for certain customers.
What we did
We rebuilt the whole shop on WooCommerce and connected it to myGESTIÓN using our own plugin, WC - APG myGESTIÓN, so that orders, inventory and product pages would stop being managed twice. We built Private Sale, a customer profile that sees products nobody else sees and buys at its own prices, with code written expressly for it. The B2B structure sits on that same system, ready for whenever Vinealia sets it running. And from there, everything that does not come as standard: the catalogue is filtered by winery, mix-and-match packs such as the Pack 6 are put together on a WPClever plugin adapted to their case, and Cloudflare Turnstile was built into the WooCommerce B2B registration, which did not allow for it.
The result
A single shop serving the enthusiast and the professional, with one catalogue to maintain, synchronised with the ERP and with the private channel up and running.
